Main System
1. The material feeding system of the stabilized soil mixing plant contains a distributing hopper, frequency-conversion measuring belt conveyor and belt conveyor.
2. The cement supplying system is composed of cement silos, a frequency-conversion measuring impeller feeder and spiral conveyor.
3. The automatic water supplying system includes a pressure tank, submersible pump, pipelines, pressure reducing valve, water gauge and sprinkler.
4. The mixing system comprises a motor reducer and a dual horizontal shaft continuous mixer.
5. The storage silo setting system has a dual unloading storage silo, inclined belt conveyor and air compressor.
6. The electric system contains a control cabinet and control room.
7. The measuring control system uses a well-known electronic sensor, frequency conversion and PCC (with manual or full-automatic control).
8. The stabilized soil mixing plant is equipped with bulk cement silos (including spiral conveyor), but it can be displaced by a cement hopper according to your demand.
